Hi, my name is Sam, owner of S & E Construction. With over 25 years of experience, I’ve worked across a wide range of construction projects. Coming from an Amish background, I was raised with strong work ethic and a focus on quality craftsmanship. We are a family-owned business dedicated to building structures designed to last a lifetime, and every project is backed by a warranty and our guarantee of durability.
Our Process

1. In person Consultation and/or site-check
During this first phase, we will want to either meet with you in person or set up a phone call to discuss what type of building you are wanting, and where you are located. We want to get as much information as possible to put together an accurate quote!
2. Design & Construction Estimate
After the Consultation, we will put together an all inclusive quote! This should take us around 1-3 business days depending on the project, and may contact you during this time if we have any additional questions or concerns!
3. Pre-payment of Quote and Scheduling
After the quote is sent out and accepted, we will request that you pay quarter down of the project price to start construction and place you in our building schedule!
4. Construction Begins!
After Pre-payment is received and the construction date is scheduled, you are all set! We will be in touch with you about any additional questions or concerns leading up to construction!
